Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and use the Free plan without a credit card. Free is a permanent tier, not a time-limited trial.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Your schedule is a normal web page. Customers can open it on any phone or computer, use directions, share it and follow your business without installing anything.
What happens when today's plan changes?
Use the today override. Change the location, hours or close for today only. The public page updates immediately, and your recurring schedule remains intact for the next normal occurrence.
Can I use RoamSchedule on my existing website?
Yes. The Free plan includes an embeddable JavaScript widget that shows today's location on your existing site.
Does the social tool post automatically to Instagram or Facebook?
No. The Pro plan's social post generator creates the ready-to-paste caption for you. You still paste and publish it in your social account.
Can I export the email list I build through RoamSchedule?
Yes on Pro and Business. Customers can opt into your email list from the public page, and you can export the subscriber list as a CSV.
Does RoamSchedule replace my POS, payroll or accounting system?
No. It tracks the event-level information needed to understand the economics of operating a stop, then lets you export your records. It is not POS, payroll or bookkeeping software.
Can I see whether a location is worth returning to?
Yes on the Business plan. Location history rolls up visits, sales, profit, profit per hour, subscriber growth, ratings and more. RoamScore gives each location a 0–100 score and GO BACK / RECONSIDER recommendation.
What if I run a market or event instead of a roaming business?
Use an organizer account. Organizer pricing is one-time per event and includes the patron directory, vendor sign-up page, QR codes, bulk invites, deadline controls and vendor management.
